The J.E. Jenkins Scholarships

Two scholarships valued at $850 each will be available to continuing and commencing students enrolled full-time, in an agriculture or social sciences program, at the University of Adelaide.

These scholarships will be available to assist with accommodation expenses for students who reside at one of the residential colleges affiliated with the University of Adelaide (Aquinas College, Lincoln College, St. Ann's College, St. Mark's College, Kathleen Lumley College or Roseworthy College) or in other University affiliated accommodation (The Village, Mattanya Housing, The University of Adelaide floor at Urbanest or University subsidised accommodation).

Applicants must be from the country or have been resident for at least twelve months continuously in the country or have served actively for at least twelve months in one of Her Majesty's military services.

Previous applicants may reapply for these scholarships in subsequent years but will compete with new applicants.  No preference will be granted to continuing students who have held a scholarship in a previous year.

Selection will be based on academic merit.
