National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council (MINTRAC) Undergraduate Scholarships

There are five scholarships available, valued at $5,000 per year for the duration of a qualification for students interested in pursuing a career in the Australian Meat Industry.

To be eligible for a MINTRAC Undergraduate Scholarship, students need to be:

  • undertaking university study for the first time
  • willing to work for six weeks per year for the duration of the scholarship in a meat processing plant
  • considering a career in the Australian Meat Industry on completion of their studies
  • sponsored by a meat processing plant (MINTRAC will assist successful students find a sponsor).
