Nurse Scholarship Program - Rural and Remote Undergraduate Scheme

The Nurse Scholarship Program is an Australian Government initiative and is administered by Royal College of Nursing, Australia.

The Rural and Remote Undergraduate Scheme provides funding for undergraduate students from rural and remote areas of Australia who are undertaking a Registered/Division 1 nursing degree.

The scholarship is worth up to $10,000 per annum for full time study or $5,000 for part time study, up to a maximum of $30,000. A total of 10 scholarships are designated for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicants.

A total of 20 Rural and Remote Undergraduate Scholarships are designated for Enrolled/Division 2 nurses studying towards their Registered/Division 1 nursing qualificatons (worth up to a maximum of $25,000).
