Roseworthy Campus and Student Fund Scholarship

This Scholarship has been established by the Roseworthy Old Collegians Association (ROCA) within the framework of the Roseworthy Campus and Student Fund (The Fund) through generous donations from private individuals and the corporate sector.

This Scholarship is open to students who are Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of Australia and undertaking a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences; or Bachelor of Science (Animal Science); or Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience) program of study at the University of Adelaide.

The Scholarship will provide the sum of $3,000 for the second year of the approved program for which the student is offered the Scholarship, subject to the student maintaining satisfactory academic progress and demonstrating continuing financial need.

Applicants should be in the second year of study and undertaking study on a full time basis as a Commonwealth Supported student. Students must be enrolled on the census dates (31 March and 31 August each year) to be eligible to receive this scholarship.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need and be able to provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, eg details of income tested Commonwealth income support payment, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances.

Selection will be based on academic merit and financial need.
