Zonta Club of Adelaide Honours Scholarship

This Scholarship has been established by the Zonta Club of Adelaide, which is an organisation of executives in business and the professions, who work together to advance the status of women.

This Scholarship is open to female students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia and normally residing in South Australia and undertaking a program of study in the Faculties of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences; Health Sciences or Sciences at the University of Adelaide. Students should be in the Honours year (or final year of a Bachelor of Engineering) and undertaking study on a full time basis.

Selection of the scholarship will be based on students’ academic results from prior higher education study, including cumulative Grade Point Averages [GPA] for the preceding years where applicable.

The scholarship is valued at $2,500 for one year of Honours study.

For the purposes of the scholarship, students undertaking 75% of a full course load are considered to be enrolled on a full time basis. Students must be enrolled on the census dates (usually 31 March and 31 August each year) to be eligible to receive this scholarship.
