The Division of Services & Resources Annual Awards will be held at the National Wine Centre on Thursday, 19 November 2009, from 2.00 - 4.30 pm.
The Awards are a fantastic opportunity to catch up, hear about the year that was, and reward great performance.

Leadership in Customer Service Award (Individual or Team)
Awarded to an individual or team that has achieved excellence in customer service through:
- Prioritisation of customer satisfaction and responsive, prompt and efficient service delivery
- Proactive improvement of the customer experience
- Leadership in quality service that models principles for others
Safe Practices Award
Awarded to an individual or work group that has achieved excellence in health, safety and wellbeing through:
- Continual improvement and development of safe workplace practices
- Broad advocacy and promotion of health, safety and wellbeing principles within the work team
- Leadership in activities and practices that enhance wellbeing at work
Most effective work unit
Awarded to a work unit that has achieved excellence through:
- A spirit of cooperation and collaboration
- A workplace culture that supports and encourages team members to achieve performance excellence
- A workplace culture that values quality, efficiency and strives for continuous improvement
Most effective team player
Awarded to an individual who has:
- Made an outstanding contribution to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Gone beyond the call of duty in offering support and assistance to work colleagues
- Demonstrated a clear focus on the successful achievement of team goals
Most successful project
Awarded to the team that has successfully delivered a project that has:
- Had a widespread positive impact on the University community
- Made an outstanding contribution towards the achievement of the University’s strategic goals
- Demonstrated excellence in project planning, management and evaluation
