of the University community through best practice OHS approaches and
proactive enhancement activities.

The Service Excellence program is jointly funded by the University and
the Commonwealth Government and aims to enhance the University's
reputation by delivering improved services to its key customers, by
streamlining administrative processes and by developing more effective
support services and models of delivery.

marketing strategy used to promote the University, attract outstanding
students and staff, and build engagement with the broader community

infrastructure, and coordinates the most ambitious building initiative
in its history.

technology, to scale and strategically align its IT architecture, and
to streamline its IT governance processes.

The Sustainable Adelaide program will reduce the University’s
environmental footprint and risk through the adoption of sustainable
practices University-wide and the transformation of business
processes.

Prudent Management
|
The Prudent Management program avoids unintended consequences and
risks for the University by guiding legislative compliance and
educating local areas and individuals about their respective
obligations.
