Strategic programs

The Division of Services & Resources provides enabling services and the resource capability to support the University's teaching and research goals and activities.

The Division's strategic priorities are reflected in its nine strategic programs outlined below.

These strategies address the priorities identified in the University Strategic Plan 2008-2012 and span work across the Division’s branches.

Great People

The Great People program aims to attract, develop and support outstanding staff for the University through workforce development strategies that meet its future requirements.

Led by the Human Resources branch, this program includes projects to deliver Recruitment Excellence and Performance Excellence for the University.

Healthy University

The Healthy University program aims to boost the health and wellbeing of the University community through best practice OHS approaches and proactive enhancement activities.

Life Impact Brand

The Life Impact Brand program coordinates the development of the marketing strategy used to promote the University, attract outstanding students and staff, and build engagement with the broader community.

Prudent Management

The Prudent Management program avoids unintended consequences and risks for the University by guiding legislative compliance and educating local areas and individuals about their respective obligations.

 

Building Life Impact

The Building Life Impact program is a significant investment in the continuous improvement of the University’s facilities and infrastructure, and coordinates the most ambitious building initiative in its history.

Digital Future

The Digital Future program will provide the University with the optimum capability to anticipate and adapt to developments in digital technology, to scale and strategically align its IT architecture, and to streamline its IT governance processes.

Great Research Libraries

The Great Research Libraries program will deliver the academic resource materials and services needed to meet the changing requirements of a research-intensive University.

Sustainable Adelaide

The Sustainable Adelaide program will reduce the University’s environmental footprint and risk through the adoption of sustainable practices University-wide and the transformation of business processes.
