Eligibility

• The University of Adelaide eChallenge, the Singapore Challenge is opened to :
  A) Current Year 1 to Year 3 Polytechnic students in any discipline.
  B) Polytechnic Graduates of age 26 years and below as at 15/ 07/2009.
• This competition is open to teams of 2 to 5 members, which may be formed by individuals either solely from one of the categories or a combination of the 2 categories.
• Each Polytechnic may submit more than 1 team to participate in this competition.
• A team cannot submit business ideas that have received outside funding from private investors, venture capital firms, or other industry sources. A scholarship will not be regarded as funding for the purpose of this paragraph.
• Projects that have previously won awards in national or international competitions are not eligible to participate in this competition.
• A competitor may not enter the eChallenge as a member of more than one team.
• A team may not submit more than one Concept Proposal or Business Plan to the Challenge.
• If at any time during the Challenge, a team or competitor fails to meet the eligibility requirements, that team or competitor will be disqualified.

Withdrawal of a Team from the Challenge

A team may withdraw from the eChallenge at any time, providing that notice is addressed to the Organiser in writing, and signed by the Primary Contact Person and one other member of the Team.

Media Exposure

It is a condition of entry that the Teams who have progressed to the final round will make themselves available to the Ngee Ann - Adelaide  Education Centre Marketing Team for Interview at reasonable request.
