Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) Program OutlineThe objective of the Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) program is to help individuals, and the organisations that employ them, to enhance their managerial effectiveness in the field of finance. This part-time program provides participants with a strong foundation in the principles and practice of finance, and furnishes them with new skills and analytical tools to form a sound basis for financial decision-making. The program will provide candidates with the following competencies: - A strong foundation in the principles and practice of finance, and a substantial base of new concepts and knowledge

- The Faculty may, subject to such conditions as it may see fit to impose in each case, accept as a candidate for the degree a person who does not satisfy the requirements of Rule above but who has presented evidence satisfactory to the Faculty of fitness to undertake work for the degree.
