The Planning and Performance Cycle

The University Strategic Plan outlines our objectives for the next five years.  It is reviewed annually and rolled forward, undergoes a major mid-cycle review in its 3rd year and a new plan is developed in its 4th year for public release at the end of the cycle.

The University Operational Plan, and Faculty and Divisional Business Plans follow a 3-year cycle and are updated and renewed each year for the next 3-year period.

The Capital Management Plan provides an outlook of commitments and priority capital projects for the next 5 years.  It is also reviewed annually, updated and rolled forward for the next 5-year period.

Performance Reports are prepared at the beginning of each year to guide the development of these plans.
