Welcome to Student System Solutions

Student System Solutions is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, data integrity and support for users of Peoplesoft Student Administration and Syllabus Plus. Located within the Student Administrative Services, we add to the services provided to staff in the areas of admissions, timetabling, enrolments, examinations, graduations and transcripts and student financials.

Our key responsibilities are:

• documentation of student administration business and systems processes
• management of changes to student data, system configuration, reports and data extracts
• PeopleSoft support and advice for day-to-day student admin tasks
• system access management to the Student System, Student Profiling of Data Warehouse and Syllabus Plus.
