The following links are provided to help you find information & instructions about the new PeopleSoft V9 environment.  You will also find updates for any known issues or configuration requirements for the new system.

  • PeopleSoft queries - this document provides a list of all queries available in PeopleSoft V9 at go-live and list their new names & old names (sorted in order of old name for easy look-up).
  • how to run queries - this document describes the new process for running queries in PeopleSoft V9.
  • pop-up blocker - this document describes how users can switch off their 'pop-up blocker' in either Firefox or Internet Explorer.  Unless you switch off your pop-up blocker you may not be able to complete some functions that require pop-ups e.g. transcript printing.
  • add a new run-control ID - this document provides instructions for how to add a new 'run-control ID'.  The first time you enter a run-control page (any page where you run process or report) you will need to create a run-control ID.
