System Access

Student System Solutions manage staff access to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Syllabus Plus - Course Planner & Timetabler.  Before you can get access to either system you must attend appropriate Core Business System (CBS) or Syllabus Plus training, provided by the IT Training team.  Please contact ITS Training to make a booking or enquire.

PeopleSoft

New Users/Data Warehouse Student Profiling

After your training you will need to complete a System Access Request form and have it authorised by your Area/Department.

Existing Users – Updating Access

If you already have access to PeopleSoft and require additional access you must undertake the appropriate training.  Please contact ITS Training to make a booking or enquire.

There are 2 locations from which you can link to the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions login page:

  • use the 'Quicklinks' drop down list box on the main university web page; or
  • use the link found in the Core Business System (CBS) web page.

Syllabus Plus

Training is available only for approved faculty and school timetabling officers.  Please contact ITS Training to make a booking or enquire.  Existing timetabling officers please refer to Syllabus Plus Resources.
