System Access

Student System Solutions manages staff access to PeopleSoft Student Administration System. Before you can get access you must attend appropriate Student System or Student Financials training, provided by the IT Training team. Please contact ITS Training to make a booking or enquire.

PeopleSoft

New Users/Data Warehouse Student Profiling

After your training you will need to complete a System Access Request form and have it authorised by your Area/Department.

Existing Users – Updating Access

If you already have access to PeopleSoft and require additional access you must undertake the appropriate training. Please contact the IT Training team.

Syllabus Plus

Training is currently being developed by the Timetable Coordinator and the IT Training team for Faculty Timetabling Officers (FTOs). Please refer to the Syllabus Plus Resources in the Faculty Timetabling section.
