Closing dates for SATAC Applications

Applications for all undergraduate programs and most postgraduate coursework programs must be made through the South Australian Tertiary Admission Centre (SATAC) if you are:

  • an Australian citizen
  • an Australian Permanent Resident
  • a New Zealand citizen
  • an international student studying Year 12 in Australia
  • an international student studying an Australian Year 12 qualification overseas

Undergraduate Programs

Closing dates for 2010 entry (except for Dentistry, Medicine and Oral Health):

Standard Entry - 30 September 2009
Special Entry - 30 October 2009

Late* Closing Date for 2010 entry:

Standard Entry - 4 December 2009

*Equal consideration will be given to your application, however a late fee will apply.

Entry to Dentistry, Medicine and Oral Health

Applicants wishing to study Dentistry, Medicine or Oral Health need to apply to sit the Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admissions Test (UMAT), as well as applying through SATAC. 

UMAT applications close on Friday 5 June 2009. Late registrations will close on Friday 19 June 2009. No further registrations will be accepted after that.
