2009 Mid-Year Entry

If you’re thinking of studying at uni we have many pre-degree (VET)undergraduate and postgraduate programs open for mid-year entry - so why wait until next year?

The application process for mid-year entry differs depending on your current situation (whether you're currently studying, for example). How should you be applying?

Selection criteria
The selection criteria, including pre-requisite subjects and cut-off scores will be the same as those used in the standard application round at the beginning of the year.

Entry pathways
At the University of Adelaide we recognise that not everyone has completed year 12 recently or successfully, so we offer various entry pathways. You can apply to compete for a place in a variety of programs in the following ways:

Special Entry Scheme (STAT)

Students seeking entry under the Special Entry Scheme must sit the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT). If you need to sit the STAT you must make an application to SATAC and pay all fees by 12 June 2009. The 2009 mid-year STAT sitting will be held at the Wayville Showgrounds on the evening of Wednesday 24 June 2009 at 6:30pm. Applicants may wish to prepare for the STAT by attending STAT preparation courses at the University's Professional and Continuing Education centre.
