Careers Service

The University of Adelaide Australia

Information for Employers

We are an important link between employers and their potential employees.  The Careers Service currently liaises with over 800 employers to provide assistance with:

  • Advertising job or career opportunities through the University’s free web-based CareerHub service.
  • Arranging on-campus presentations to raise your profile or find potential recruits or placements – talk to the cream of the crop.
  • Arranging networking sessions for students and graduates of a particular industry group.
  • Providing mail or email campaigns to particular student groups or faculties.
  • On-campus interviews held in University appointment rooms – a most cost-efficient way to interview groups of potential job seekers in a neutral but professional setting.
  • Promoting their business through the annual Careers Expo, which attracts approximately 100 employers and 3,500 students every year.
  • Building partnerships between the University and key industries.
