Careers Expo                          

The University of Adelaide Careers Expo is a great way to showcase your company.

Each year in March, the Careers Expo brings together a wide range of private and public sector organisations on campus to show our students and graduates – your potential employees – what it is that makes you an employer of choice.

Our 2009 Expo, held in Bonython Hall was a great success. Approximately 100 employers met with 3,500 students over two days (Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Finance and Maths on day one and Engineering, IT, Maths and Science on day two).

A two-day speakers program also complemented the exhibition.  A range of experts from the Australian Tax Office, Deloitte, AusAid, Santos and other government agencies delivered advice on subjects ranging from career paths, what employers are looking for and the finer points of addressing selection criteria in the application process.

Online registration for Careers Expo 2010 will be available from November 2009 and early bird registration will close just before the Christmas break.

The dates for Careers Expo 2010 are as follows:

Wednesday 10th March -  Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Finance, Maths
Thursday 11th March - Engineering, Sciences (incl. Health Sciences), IT, Maths
Friday 12th March - Law Careers Fair (organised through the Law Students Society)
