Industry Connect Program
Industry Connect is part of the Careers on the Move program. Industry Connect visits take you into fascinating workplaces to show you what your profession is all about. You will be given the chance to network with professionals in your field and hear from the experts to see where your degree can take you. From 2013, visits will take place in each term break (February, April, July and September).
April 2013 visits are listed below and July and September visits will be launched in the coming months.
April Visits
Santos: Monday 15th April from 1.30pm - 3.30pm
- Targeting:
- Science (Geology, Geophsics, Mineral Geoscience or Petroleum Geoscience)
- Engineering (Petroleum or Chemical)
- Domestic students only
- Penultimate (second to last or graduating in 2014) students
- Masters students in these disciplines (penultimate year) may also apply

Deloitte: Thursday 18th April from 9.00am- 11.30am
- Targeting:
- Commercce (all majors)
- Compute Science
- Domestic and international students may apply
- First and second year students
- Masters students (first year) in these areas may also apply

How do I apply for the Industry Visits?
Choose a visit listed above (check your diary and make sure it fits in with your schedule). Note for September visits - If you are also\xC2\xA0wishing to apply for the Student Challenge, you may apply in the same application email.
- Email careers@adelaide.edu.au with the following information included in your application
- Nominate which Industry visit you would like to apply for
- Write one or two sentences in the body of the email about why you would like to be involved in the program
- Advise your current degree and year level
- Attach a current resume**
