Careers on the Move

Careers on the Move is a new initiative brought to you by the Careers Service that will enable you to put your theory into practice, meet prospective employers and see first-hand the impact your degree will have on the real world.

With two distinct programs on offer; Industry-Connect and Student Challenge, you will be given a chance to meet new people, get into highly restricted workplaces and have a great time! You will also have a chance to win some fantastic prizes including mentoring opportunities money-can’t-buy with industry leaders to kick start your career. The application process couldn’t be simpler, so check out the details to find out how you can fast track your future!

Applications for Industry Connect and Student Challenge you need to be made online.  Limited places are available, so be sure to take note of the key dates below.

To apply, just follow these four easy steps…

  • Check out the Careers Service website for program details
  • Follow the link on the left to the online application form
  • Fill in your details and attach your resume and cover letter
  • After the selection process is complete, you will be notified of the outcome via email.

As Careers on the Move is a competitive process your application needs to demonstrate your extra-curricular activities, part-time employment and other interests.
