What has been your best moment on the job so far?
I am just in the learning stage as of now so my best moment on the job is yet to come.  However, whenever the manager compliments you for good work, it motivates one to do even better.

What has been the hardest slog?
With the work culture and ethic at BT Financial, it hardly seems like a slog even if there are deadlines and targets to be met.

How is the pay?
Can't complain. It will get better as I gain experience.

At uni, I wish I had known...
It is much tougher to get a job even after doing a rigorous degree from a well ranked and recognised university. Grades are not as important as people think they are and experience is given more importance.
