Request for Letter Form

Upon request, the Student Centre can issue students a letter. Please note that International students must obtain letters from the International Student Centre. Letters will not be released to students with outstanding fees

To request a letter, please fill out the following details and then click "submit" at the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to complete all required fields.

You can also submit a request for a letter at the counter of the Student Centre (Level 4, Wills Building). If you have any questions about this form, please contact the Student Centre on +61 8 8303 5208 or by email at student.centre@adelaide.edu.au.

When you have finished please click 'Submit'. A copy of this form will be e-mailed to the Student Centre for processing. A copy will also be sent to your specified email address as a receipt. It will take approximately 3 business days to complete your request.
