Student Centre Christmas Closure
The Student Centre will close for Christmas at 4:00 pm Friday 23 December 2005 and re-open 9:30 am Tuesday 3 January 2006.

Semester 2 Results
Results will be available on Access Adelaide from 10 days after the last day of exams. If your results have not been posted, contact your School or Faculty. If you think that you may need a supplementary exam, contact your School or Faculty for advice.

Graduation Eligibility Letters
Eligibilty Letters will be available on Access Adelaide from 12:00 pm Sunday 4 December. Eligibility Letters need to be viewed and any anomolies resolved by 5:00 pm Thursday 8 December. This letter will also advise you of the number of guest tickets you have been allocated and how to apply for extra tickets if required.

Semester 2 Supplementary Exams
The Semester 2 supplementay exams will held Monday 5 December to Saturday 10 December. Please view the supplementary exam timetable in Access Adelaide or on the Exams website. Information about applying for a supplementary exam can be found on the Exams website.

Semester 2 Exam Timetable
The exam timetable for semester 2 is now available. For a personalised timetable, please log into Access Adelaide. Alternatively, the complete exam timetable is available from the Exams website.

Scholarships for Undergraduate Exchange Programs
The closing date for Scholarships for Undergraduate Exchange programs is Tuesday 15th November. Visit the Study Abroad and Exchange website for more information.

Last Day to Withdraw
The last day to withdraw from any semester 2 course is Friday 28th October. You will receive a WF (withdraw fail) result and you will still incur the fees for any courses withdrawn.

Student Centre renovations
The Student Centre is currently undergoing renovations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Commonwealth Assistance Notices
Commonwealth Assistance Notices (CANs) are now available for viewing in Access Adelaide. Please check them carefully and report any anomalies to Student Finance by email with 14 days of the date of the notice.

Trimester 3 Invoices
Trimester 3 Invoices are available in Access Adelaide. These invoices will be due on Friday 23 September.

Postgraduate Coursework Opportunities

The University presents a ten day series of information events focused on your future - opportunities to advance your career and expand your horizons through postgraduate study. The Information Sessions will be held 19-29 September in the Ira Raymond Room during Library opening hours.

Graduations December 2005
If you are completing your degree in semester 2, 2005 and wish to graduate in December, you can apply online in Access Adelaide. The last day to apply for the December ceremonies is Friday 14th October.

Applications for the 2006 Offshore ceremonies are now open. Please apply via Access Adelaide.

Withdraw Not Fail (WNF)
The last day to withdraw from courses without fail is Friday 16th September. Please note that you will still need to pay the fees for any courses with a WNF. You can withdraw from your courses in Access Adelaide.

Tuition Fees
A late fee of $100 will be applied on Friday 2nd September unless you have applied to pay by instalments.

If you have applied to pay your fees by instalments, the next instalment is due on Friday 16th September.

Census Date
The last day to withdraw from courses without incurring fees and to delete the course from your record is 31st August 2005. You can withdraw from your courses in Access Adelaide. Any courses withdrawn after the census date will still incur fees.

Last Day to Add Online
For most courses, the last day to add online (in Access Adelaide) is Monday, 8th August. After this date, you will need to contact your Faculty or School office in regards to enrolling.
