Disability Services Alternative Examination Arrangements (AEA)
The University offers alternative examination arrangements for students who wish to apply for a variation to the location, time, or conditions of centrally administered examinations on the basis of medical and some non-medical grounds. All applications on medical grounds must be made through the Disability Advisor at the Disabilty Service. Ring 8313 5962 for appointment.

| Elite Athletes |
Athletes who qualify under the Elite Athlete Scheme may apply for a variation to the location and/or time of an examination where it conflicts with sporting commitments. Contact Elite Athlete Support and Information Service (EASIS) on 08 8313 8397 to determine your eligibility. Last day to lodge applications for semester one is Friday 31 May2013 |

N.B. Students are not entitled to sit an examination at another time, and are not entitled to any other concession. If a scheduled examination conflicts with a planned vacation or special personal event (eg. travel, weddings, etc.) students may consult with their School or Faculty to discuss options.
AEA exams will usually be sat on the same day and at the same time as scheduled in the timetable. Students must retain a copy of their approved application form, as written confirmation may not be provided. More detailed information about the University's services for students with a disability or medical condition can be found on the Disability Service webpage.
AEA Venue
Alternative Exams WILL BE held at Lower Ground, Napier Building on North Terrace campus. Exams requiring computers during primary exams (semesters 1 and 2) will be held upstairs in the Ingkarni Wardli Building (aka Innova21). However, students may sit their exams in a number of other venues on campus or at an agreed location off-campus.
