Change of Citizenship/Residency Status
To update your residency details with the University, you must complete a 'Change of Citizenship/Residency Status for Students' form, and submit this along with either:
Certified copies must be copies which a Justice of the Peace (JP) has stamped and certified as being from the original document.
Details about the financial impact of your change of Citizenship or Residency status are provided on the form. Please read this information carefully.
Submitting your Form
You can come in person to Information Services, Hub Central with your paperwork and complete the Change of Citizenship/Residency Status for Students form. The staff will then make the necessary copy of your supporting paperwork to attach to the form. This will be forwarded to the relevant department to update your University record. Please allow 2-3 working days for your form to be processed.
If you are unable to come in to lodge your paperwork in person, you can post your completed form along with the certified copy of your supporting document to:
