Financial Assistance

HECS-HELP

Many students are unable to pay the total of their Student Contribution up front. Eligible students can defer all, or part of their Student Contribution to a HECS-HELP loan.

OS-HELP

OS-HELP provides financial assistance to eligible students who undertake part of their course of study overseas. OS-HELP assistance may be used to cover expenses associated with the overseas study, such as airfares, accommodation and other travel or settling expenses.

Scholarships

A range of scholarships are available to reduce the cost of your Student Contribution.

Financial Support Schemes

A range of financial support schemes are offered through the Adelaide University Union’s Student Care Office, including student loans. The Education & Welfare Officers in the Student Care Office can also provide assistance and information about Commonwealth support programs paid through Centrelink, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy and ABSTUDY.
