Refunds, Remissions and Re-creditsWhen you don't continue with your studiesIf you withdraw from a course(s) or do not successfully complete a course(s), the University may, in certain circumstances:
The following table outlines common circumstances, action required and likely outcomes.
*Where no student action is indicated, refunds/adjustments will be processed automatically by the University and do not require action by the student. Special Circumstances RefundsAs indicated in the previous table, students who withdraw from a course(s) after the Census Date due to special circumstances may apply for a Special Circumstances Refund. Grievances about Re-credit, Refund or Remission DecisionsStudents may raise grievances about re-credit, refund or remission decisions in accord with the Student Grievance Resolution Process. |
