Consequences of late or non payments of tuition fees

All tuition fee payments are due by the date specified on the invoice.

The University will cancel the enrolment of international students who have not paid their fees by the census date and have not entered a formal arrangement to pay their outstanding tuition fees.

The University will advise those who have not paid their fees of the intention to cancel their enrolment. Students will be given an opportunity to seek a review of this decision.

The University is required to advise the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) when a student’s enrolment is cancelled. DIAC will assess each student’s continuing visa eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Further information is available on DIAC’s website or by calling 131 881.
