Orientation Week 2013
New students got their first taste of the University of Adelaide life at O'Week 2013!
Uni can seem like a big, daunting place when you start, but O'Week helps to demystify it all. It's a great way to experience uni in a fun, low-stress environment. Held between Monday 25 February - Friday 1 March 2013, it was the perfect way to get prepared, meet new people, be inspired and have lots of fun!
The Welcome Centre 'Best Display' competition was a lot of fun - congratulations to Gabriel, who was the winning entrant, and the Faculty of Health Sciences who were voted as having the best display within the Welcome Centre for 2013. Well done winners!
The O'Guide, (also available to download as a pdf or a phone app) proved very popular in helping students plan out their timetable for the week.
Mid Year Orientation 2013
Mid Year Orientation will be held on Friday, 26 July 2013 on Level 5 Hub Central (Mezzanine Level) so watch this space for the program!
Orientation Week 2014
Next year, O'Week will be from 24-28 February 2014, and we're already looking forward to welcoming our new students!
