Step 2
Apply to Graduate
Access Adelaide is where you apply to graduate: LOGON
Your username and password for Access Adelaide is the same as your username and password for email, MyUni and logging onto on-campus computers.
Have you forgotten your password?
You cannot have your password reset over the phone. You must either visit the University Contact Centre with appropriate photographic ID or have your password posted to you.
Know your password, but can't logon?
If it has been some time since you left the University and you can no longer logon to Access Adelaide, please complete the form here and present it at the University Contact Centre to re-activate your Access Adelaide privileges.
Completing the Application on-line
Personal Details
Ensure your full legal name is recorded correctly. This will appear on all of your graduation documentation, including your degree parchment, the program and in the ceremony speeches. Changes to your name (additions/deletions) and corrections (spelling changes/capitalisation/special characters) CANNOT be made after you have been conferred. You will need to visit the University Contact Centre with appropriate documentation to change your name.
Award Details
If you are unsure of the award for which you should apply, check with your Faculty/School. Students enrolled in a double degree program should submit an application for each award.
I am graduating from two (or more) degrees. Can I receive both awards at one ceremony?
As students now become official graduates of the University upon conferral they can elect to graduate from multiple degrees at the same ceremony. For example if a student is graduating from a double degree of Engineering and Finance they can elect to receive both awards at the Engineering ceremony. Students receiving a Diploma of Languages or a Professional Certificate in International Trade will receive this award at the same time as they receive their primary award. The graduations office will contact students who are receiving multiple degrees offering them the opportunity to receive both awards at the same ceremony. Please note this option is only available to students who have elected to attend in person for each award as we are unable to move students from in absentia to in person after the anomalies deadline.
Ceremony and Attendance Details
You must choose whether you wish to attend your graduation presentation ceremony 'In Person' or receive your award 'In Absentia' (not attend the ceremony). The dates of the graduation presentation ceremonies can be found here.
