You cannot have your password reset over the phone. You must either visit the Student Centre with appropriate photographic ID or have your password posted to you.

Know your password, but can't logon?
If it has been some time since you left the University and you can no longer logon to Access Adelaide, please complete the form here and present it at the Student Centre to re-activate your Access Adelaide privileges.

Personal Details

Ensure your full legal name is recorded correctly. This will appear on all of your graduation documentation, including your degree parchment, the program and in the ceremony speeches. Changes to your name (additions/deletions) and corrections (spelling changes/capitalisation/special characters) CANNOT be made after you have graduated. You will need to visit the Student Centre with appropriate documentation to change your name.

Award Details

If you are unsure of the award for which you should apply, check with your Faculty/School. Students enrolled in a double degree program should submit an application for each award.

I am graduating from two (or more) degrees. Can I receive both awards at one ceremony?

It depends on what your two (or more) degrees are, and if they have been scheduled to take place at the same graduation presentation ceremony. For example, if a Bachelor of Science is scheduled for Tuesday morning, and a Diploma of Languages is scheduled for Wednesday morning, you will attend two separate ceremonies (if you have elected to attend both graduation presentation ceremonies). However, if the schedule includes both of your awards at the one ceremony, you can collect both awards at the same time.

Ceremony and Attendance Details

You must choose whether you wish to attend your graduation presentation ceremony 'In Person' or receive your award 'In Absentia' (not attend the ceremony).  The dates of the graduation presentation ceremonies can be found here.

Changing your Application Details

You can change details of your application through Access Adelaide up until the Anomalies Deadline (please see Anomalies Deadline for changes that can be made). Thereafter you can only change your ceremony attendance from 'In Person' to 'In Absentia'.
