Conferral of Award

If you are eligible to graduate, a statement will be added to your academic transcript confirming that you have completed the requirements for your award, and that the award has been conferred.  This will take place in early January 2010 or early March 2010 and an email will be sent to your student email address as confirmation.

Therefore, if you wish to request academic transcripts which include the conferral statement, please indicate at the time of submitting your request form that the transcripts should be produced only after the conferral statement has been recorded.

Please note, it is not possible to withdraw your application to graduate once your award has been conferred.
