Digital Documents

My eQuals

My eQuals is an online system used to issue digital transcripts and graduation documents. Eligible students and graduates can securely access their digital documents, and share them with employers, universities, and other parties.

From July 2017 onwards, Graduates will be able to access certified digital copies of their testamur, transcript and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) instantly, from anywhere in the world, with My eQuals.

  • When is access provided?

    Graduating students

You will be issued a complimentary digital transcript and AHEGS shortly after conferral date*, and a complimentary digital testamur (formerly known as a parchment) shortly after your graduation ceremony.

Graduates will continue to receive a hard copy testamur, as well as a digital version. AHEGS and transcripts will be provided digitally to assist with verification of your conferral.

*available for students graduating from Semester 1 (July 31st) 2017 conferral

    Current students

Current University of Adelaide students are able to purchase a digital transcript via the Online Shop at any time. Fees apply.

Current students who are active in a program are not eligible for testamurs or AHEGS as these are produced when you graduate.

  • How is access provided?

When a digital document has been generated for you, you will be issued an email to your student email account which provides a link to your digital document within the My eQuals portal. You will initially access the My eQuals portal using your University of Adelaide student log in details.

PLEASE NOTE: After you complete your study with the University, your University credentials will expire after 12 months. To ensure ongoing access to the My eQuals portal, make sure you link your My eQuals account to your personal email and social media accounts. This will ensure that after your University access expires, you retain access to your digital documents. Failure to link accounts before your University credentials expire will mean you lose your digital documents, which cannot be retrieved. To link other accounts in the My eQuals portal, go to your Profile Settings and follow the directions. For more information regarding University access visit the Knowledge Base.

  • Can past graduates access digital documents?

Transcripts, AHEGS and testamurs will be provided digitally to Graduates from Semester 1 (July 31st) 2017 conferral onwards.

If you graduated in a prior conferral round, you will have received a hardcopy AHEGS and testamur in the presentation event you attended. Transcripts have been introduced as a provision to Graduates as part of the Digital Document roll-out. Former Graduates are able to purchase hardcopy transcripts.

For more information and to order, please visit the transcripts page.
