Request for Letter Form
Upon request, Ask Adelaide can issue a letter to students. Letters will not be released to students with outstanding fees.
To request a letter, please fill out the following details and then click "submit" at the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to complete all required fields.

NOTE: If you are required to provide a proof of enrolment to Centrelink, you can print your Enrolment List from Access Adelaide. You do not need to request a letter.
