EnrolmentBefore commencing your university studies, you’ll need to enrol. But how does it work? Enrolment happens entirely online via Access Adelaide. You’ll need to use your student id and password, which you’ll be sent in your enrolment pack. Your student id is an important piece of identification, so hang onto it! It will become your username for email, help you to access advice and be critical when handing up assignments. To help you understand the process, the University has enrolment buddies (E-buddies) to help you enrol. E-buddies is a program where current students are available in the Student Centre to help answer your queries about your enrolment. They are available via phone, email, online chat or face-to-face and will be in the Student Centre as soon as enrolment opens (generally third week of January) until the end of O’Week. Contact the Student Centre to get some help from an E-buddy. Some faculties and schools also run enrolment information sessions. Check your Faculty or School web site or contact them directly to find out. If you have timetable clashes or other specific issues, Faculty staff can help you. You’ll need to contact them directly. If you’d like to have a look at some university courses, the University’s Course Planner will be able to help. You can search and view syllabus information, fees and class details for courses one by one or you can add courses to a cart and build up a list of all classes for your courses. All of the important enrolment information, including enrolment advice sessions and the 7 steps to easy enrolment, can be found on the University Enrolment web site. |
