Once you’ve put your application in to SATAC,
what happens next?
You will receive an offer letter from SATAC (not directly from the University, at this stage) and you’ll be expected to respond as soon as possible to secure your place. In the SATAC offer letter, you’ll be asked to respond to your offer (either accept, decline or defer) within 7-10 days. An enrolment advice session schedule will be included in the offer letter from SATAC.
You’ll also receive an enrolment pack from us, which will be sent to you shortly after you receive your SATAC offer letter. The enrolment pack will contain:
- a welcome letter from the University, which will contain your student id number and password
- information about student finances and Commonwealth scholarships
- information on how to get your student card and other useful information for new students.

Once I’m accepted what happens next?
Once you’re accepted into a University of Adelaide program, you’ll need to enrol.
