Review of Remission of HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP

Students who are not satisfied with the outcome of their application for the remission of HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP, can request a review.

An application may be made to the Review Officer in the Student Policy and Appeals Office within 28 calendar days of receipt of notification from the Coordinator, Student Finance. To establish that special circumstances apply, students need to provide independent supporting documentation to back their claims.
