Feedback & Suggestions for Improvement

Students and staff can  pass on their feedback and suggestions for improvement about any University policy, service, program or facility by emailing them to suggestions@adelaide.edu.au.

Details of suggestions will be forwarded to the relevant area for a response and/or actioning as required, and will be used by areas to inform their continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews. Student Policy and Appeals will provide an individual response summary for each suggestion.

Students and staff who wish to use this feedback mechanism are assured that their contributions will be treated in the strictest confidence and no information about the identity of those sending emails will be communicated to the areas concerned.
