Midyear 2013 Undergraduate Internal Transfer Application Form

Information for Applicants

Please read the following notes carefully before completing the application form.

Only students currently enrolled (in 2013) in a Commonwealth-supported place in a program at the University of Adelaide may apply for midyear 2013 admission using this form.

All other local students should apply through SATAC.

All current international students wishing to transfer should use the International Students Transfer form here.

Please note that not all programs are available for transfer via the internal transfer process. If the program you wish to apply for does not appear in the drop-down list, it is not available for a midyear intake.

• You will NOT receive notification of the submission of your application.
• You WILL be notified in writing of the outcome of your application. Offers will be made on a rolling basis from the beginning of June 2013. Please note that this may not be until the mid-year break, if your Semester 1 results need to be taken into account to finalise assessment on your application.
• Please ensure that you provide an email address/contact address for the midyear break in your application.
• Be sure to check the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Internal transfers may not be deferred.

The internal transfer process is not a preference system in the same way as SATAC applications. If you lodge more than one internal transfer form, the assessment of your application will be delayed. If you wish to lodge more than one application for midyear entry, please apply through SATAC.

Applications MUST be lodged by Friday 5 July 2013. No applications for transfer will be accepted after this date.

Please note: If you lodged a SATAC application for entry to the University at the beginning of 2013, instead of lodging an internal transfer form, you can log back into your SATAC application (at no extra cost) and simply add in a preference (or two or three) for the midyear intake to the University (depending on the program you are interested in). If you are eligible for a place, you will be made an offer in the SATAC midyear offer rounds in June or July.
