• Application Form
  Fill in this online form to apply for the Global Learning program.

• Study Plan Approval (Faculty Approval) Form
  Use this form to obtain faculty approval for the studies you will be undertaking on exchange. This form should be returned to the Global Learning office once signed by your faculty adviser.

  How many courses should I take? Check on here.

• Academic Reference Form
  Use this form to obtain an academic reference from a lecturer or tutor who knows you and your academic strengths. Some universities require academic references as part of their application process.

• Letter Request Form
  Use this form to request a letter be written for you by the Global Learning office.
  Please note: Most letters cannot be written without prior submission of your faculty approval form and correct enrolment in Access Adelaide.

• OS-HELP Form
  This is not an online form! You can collect an OS-HELP form from the Global Learning office. It should be returned to the Global Learning office once completed.
