Pre-Departure

Pre-Departure Guide

Ensure you read the pre-departure guide thoroughly, as it contains important information for the preparation of your exchange.

Pre-Departure Information Sessions

Once accepted for the exchange program, students are required to attend a pre-departure session that will be held by the Global Learning office. This is your opportunity to ask detailed questions of Global Learning staff, meet other students going on exchange, and gain a clearer understanding of what you need to do to be fully prepared for your exchange.

Sessions are usually held approximately one month before the end of each semester.
