Study fees at the University of Adelaide vary according what you are studying, and whether it's full-time or part-time.
In commonwealth supported places, the Australian Government makes a contribution to the university towards the tuition cost of your higher education, the remainder of the balance is the student contribution. For more information, go to studyassist.gov.au.
Australian citizens and Permanent Humanitarian Visa holders are eligble to apply for Australian Government loan under the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) known as HECS-HELP.
This scheme gives you a number of options to pay your student contribution: you may defer all, or some, of this contribution using a HECS-HELP loan. Please see our Student Finance pages for more information.
If you are a New Zealand citizen, or the holder of a Permanent Visa that is not a Permanent Humanitarian Visa, you must pay 100% of your student contribution for all enrolled courses on or before the due date. You are not eligible for a HECS HELP loan and are not able to change your payment option unless you become an Australian citizen.
