Lindsay McWha International Accommodation Scholarship
The scholarship provides 50% of accommodation fees (including utilities, internet and contents insurance) for a student from Sri Lanka for one year to reside in an Urbanest apartment. The successful student will need to provide the remainder of the accommodation cost direct to Urbanest. The accommodation consists of one ensuite room in a 6 bedroom share apartment.
The scholarship is only available for international students with Sri Lankan citizenship who are commencing an undergraduate bachelor degree. Students who have already commenced their studies at the University of Adelaide are ineligible to apply.
The scholarship will be awarded strictly on academic merit and only actual results can be used. Only complete applications will be considered, and only applicants who have met the University’s minimum English language requirement at the scholarship application deadline will be eligible for consideration.
In order to be considered for a scholarship, candidates must have an unconditional offer from the University of Adelaide. If candidates have a conditional offer, all conditions must have been met and all required documentation submitted, by the closing date of the scholarship.
Scholarship holders must commence study in the University of Adelaide in the year for which the scholarship was offered.
