Criteria for being a PASS Leader

The criteria taken into account during the recruitment phase include:

• High academic achievement in the course in which the PASS Program is operating; a minimum GPA of 5
• The ability to be a good role model for first year students
• Reliability; someone who takes their responsibilities seriously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity
• Resourcefulness
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the Program’s development
• Time availability to undertake the role without jeopardising the PASS Leader’s own academic progress (approximately 3-4 hours per week during the semester)
