THE THEATRE GUILD SCORES 3 NOMINATIONS FROM THE ADELAIDE THEATRE GUIDE FOR THEIR ANNUAL CURTAIN CALL AWARDS!
Many congratulations to the cast and crew of The Underpants which has been nominated for Best Show - Comedy. Matt Scales, who played Versati, has also been nominated in the category of Best Male Performance. Joining him will be Gary George for his role as Enobarbus in last year's production of Antony & Cleopatra, directed by Brant Eustice. Well done to all! ENTER THE KING!
Graham Self will take on the title role in Harry Dewar's production of Shakespeare's Richard II, opening in August. Russell Slater is his antagonist cousin Henry Bolingbroke (the future Henry IV). The large cast of some 20 actors also includes John Edge as John of Gaunt, David Mitchell as the Duke of York, and Marieka Hambledon as Richard's queen, Isabella.
