Business Cards

University business cards can be purchased through an online ordering system.

The system allows data to be entered online using template-based software. A pdf sample proof of the card can be checked on-screen or printed in B/W. Amendments can be made accordingly and the card then signed-off for printing.

Access to the system requires a username and password. An account code must be supplied to identify the cost centre and purchasing authority before the card can be printed commercially. Staff wishing to obtain cards should contact their area administrators or office managers in the first instance.

The design/format of University business cards may not be varied without the written permission of the Director, Marketing & Strategic Communications.
