Editing fields in Program Finder
Step-by-step Guidelines

Can program finder maintainers change all information displayed in the Program Finder?
The information displayed in the Program Finder comes from a variety of sources. Where possible, the information is taken from PeopleSoft. Where program information isn't available through PeopleSoft, it is stored for the Program Finder application. Only the specific Program Finder information can be changed using the Program Finder administration system.

International availabilty of a program is incorrect
If the program is flagged as being offered to internationals it will have a international admissions information displayed. If it is not, then it should say 'not offered to internationals'. To make a change to the international availability of a program you must contact student system solutions.

Linking

Study plan - how do I link each course to the correct details in course finder?
The program finder will auto-detects the SUBJECT code + course id, and links them to the search results for the Course Finder. SUBJECT code + course id look some like this: ECON 1004. The subject must be in all caps, and be in the list of possible course subjects, and be followed by a numeric course id.

In TinyMCE, just add the code i.e. ECON 1004. followed by the name of the course. So it looks like this: ECON 1004: Principles of Microeconomics I. There is no need to create a hyperlink, as program finder will auto-detect the SUBJECT code + course id, and links them to the search results for the Course Finder.
