Tutor forms

ITAS tutor registration 

To register as an ITAS tutor you will need to provide:

1. a Tutor Registration form
2. proof of identity (eg copy of your driver's lisence or passport)
3. resume or curriculum vitae
4. certified copy of your academic transcript
   OR
5. a supporting academic written reference from the department
6. two employee references
