This research project, carried out between 2006-2008, was funded by the Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation (GWRDC). The Chief Investigator, Dr Steve Goodman of the University of Adelaide Business School, worked with Professor Larry Lockshin of UniSA (Project Supervisor) and Dr Eli Cohen (Adjunct Fellow UniSA) and collaborators in 10 other countries to investigate the influencers of choice on a bottle of wine in the retail store and restaurant. The Best-Worse choice method was used and the resultant choice influencer maps compiled- at a country level as well as using key segmentation variables.

The research has led to the publication of a number of papers some of which are available for downloading.
