The Institute for Community, Ethnicity and Policy Alternatives (ICEPA) works towards social transformation and social inclusion by enhancing the capacity of individuals and social, educational and economic systems in organisations, communities and nations through designing and implementing innovative policy solutions to meet the challenges of social exclusion resulting from social, cultural and economic inequalities.
