Accommodation at the Zebrafish Workshop
Other registrants will be able to choose between shared accommodation in a 3-bedroom apartment (as above), and single or shared accommodation in a 1-bedroom apartment. Please refer to the registration form for details.
Accommodation for Husbandry WorkshopWhile accomodation is provided with registration fees for the main meeting at the Whalers Inn Resort in Victor Harbor, delegates will be required to arrange their own accomodation for the night of Wednesday, 4th of Febuary in Adelaide prior to attending the Husbandry Workshop. To help you in choosing accomodation for the Zebrafish Husbandry Workshop listed below is some accommodation in the Adelaide CBD, close to the University of Adelaide campus, and some accommodation in North Adelaide (across parklands north) within 15-20 minutes walk to the University of Adelaide campus. You will have to contact the relevant accommodation provider for current rates and available vacancies. University CollegesSome limited accommodation may be available at the University Colleges. Please contact the individual colleges for information on available vacancies and prices. Serviced ApartmentsThere are many serviced apartments in Adelaide (close to the University Campus). This accommodation is self contained and provides a good alternative to a hotel. Click here for a list of recommended apartments. Affordable Hotels in the city:Inner city hotels are a good option for short term accommodation. Generally you get your own room but you may have to share a bathroom. Backpackers accommodation:Backpackers or hostels in Adelaide are a cheap accommodation option. Some offer a high standard of accommodation. Dormitory accommodation means several people per room (males and females are usually in separate rooms. Backpackers/Hostels usually have shared bathrooms, communal cooking and dining area for you to make your own meals. You will have to contact the accomodation provider directly for current rates and availability.
